Scope of this policy

This policy covers this public website only. It does not cover PAC deployments delivered to government customers. Data handling in those environments is governed by the applicable contract, security documentation, and authorization boundary for that deployment.

We collect the information you choose to submit through the contact form on this site: your name, work email address, organization, optional title or role, selected area of interest, and the content of your message.

We do not sell, rent, or trade this information.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, to arrange demonstrations or pilot discussions, and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

Where your information goes

Contact form submissions are received by a serverless function running on Cloudflare and delivered by email to info@appliedassurancetechnologies.com through Resend, our email delivery provider. We monitor that address and reply from it. Cloudflare and Resend process your submission only in order to deliver it to us.

Information you should not submit

The contact form on this site is a public, general-purpose channel. Please do not submit classified information, source-selection-sensitive information, controlled unclassified information, personally identifiable information beyond your business contact details, or proprietary acquisition documents through it. If you need to share sensitive material, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

Hosting and technical data

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in order to serve and secure the site.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies, and it does not load scripts, fonts, or other resources from third-party services. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.
