Standard we are working toward

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Current status

This website is under active development. It has not yet been independently evaluated for conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we do not claim conformance at this time.

We have addressed a number of known issues, including programmatic labels on contact form fields, keyboard operation of the navigation menu, visible keyboard focus indicators, semantic heading structure, and color contrast across text and interface states.

We have not yet completed an independent WCAG 2.2 conformance evaluation or comprehensive screen-reader and assistive-technology testing.

Section 508 and federal procurement

Federal agencies are subject to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. The Revised Section 508 Standards incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level A and Level AA requirements for covered ICT. Our WCAG 2.2 Level AA target for this public website is a separate accessibility goal and does not change the federal requirements applicable to a PAC procurement or deployment. Accessibility conformance information for PAC, including any Accessibility Conformance Report, is provided separately as part of the acquisition process and is not covered by this website statement.
